How to Complete the Full Registration

Completing the full registration allows you to get access to all Company’s products and services.

Cooperating with UBK Markets, you can get the status of Customer when completing:

  • quick registration (assigned automatically at the first registration on the official Company website);
  • advanced registration (assigned automatically after filling in all personal and additional details);
  • full registration (assigned after documented confirmation of the details specified in “My Account”).
The full registration will be available after the procedure of advanced registration.

Step 1. Log in
to “My Account”

Log in to “My Account” section. To do this, in the relevant fields enter your Email or phone number and the password specified during registration on the website. Click on the “Log in” button.

Step 2. Go to the “Supporting Documents” Page

Go to “My Profile” section. To do this, click on the in the Customer menu and select the appropriate section.

Next, go to the “Supporting Documents” page.

On the page that opens, you will find the detailed information on recommendations and requirements for uploaded documents.

Step 3. Select and Upload Documents

In the drop-down list, specify the document type you want to upload by clicking on the relevant field. If you have not found this document type in the list, select “Other” option.

Next, click on the “Upload File” button.

In the window that opens, select the required file with the document.

The uploaded files should meet the following requirements:
  • supported formats: jpg; jpeg; png;
  • maximum file size — 3 MB.

Click on the “Open” button.

Step 4. View the Uploaded Documents

After uploading, the document will be displayed in the table “List of Uploaded Documents” in the status “New”.

All uploaded documents are verified. While your details are being processed by a Company employee, the ability to make changes on the page “My Personal Details” will not be available.

If you have uploaded the wrong file and it has the “New” status, you can delete it by clicking the “Delete” hyperlink.

After processing the uploaded files, these files will be displayed in the status “Confirmed”.

If you change your registration details (for example, address, surname, passport details), you should enter the current information on the “Personal Information” page in “My Account” and upload new supporting documents.
