If you have decided to change your Email or mobile phone number, which you use to log in to your UBK Markets account on the official UBK Markets website, you should perform the following actions.
Log in to “My Account” section. To do this, in the relevant fields enter your Email or phone number and the password specified during registration on the website. Click on the “Log in” button.
Go to “My Profile” section. To do this, click on the arrow in the Customer menu and select the appropriate section.
Next, go to the “Login Details” page.
In a special field, specify the parameter you would like to change:
If you select the parameter “Email”, you should enter a new Email in the appropriate field. To verify the validity of your new Email, enter it again and click on the “Get codes” button.
If you select the parameter “Mobile phone number” , you should select your country of residence in the appropriate field if it has been identified incorrectly by the system.
Next, you should specify a new mobile phone number. Make sure that the number is valid and, then, click on the “Get codes” button.
The confirmation codes will be sent to your email and mobile phone number. Depending on the parameter you change, one of the confirmation codes will be sent to a new phone number or new Email.
If within 2 minutes you have not received an SMS message with a confirmation code on your mobile phone number, you can retry to obtain the code.
The “Get code” button will appear next to the field for entering an SMS code. Click on it, and the code will be sent again.
You should enter the codes in the appropriate fields and click on the “Confirm” button.
Now you can use a new phone number or Email when you log in to “My Account”.
